Got recommended by a friend to come to Knox Jewelers to get a custom engagement ring made. Showed me his experience of ... working with Knox Jewelers, which peaked my interest. Did one meeting with Emily with my girlfriend to get an idea of ring design and ring size. Told her to send me a quote via email, decided to wait a month then made a decision to plan my ultimate surprise. Sent Emily a email telling her I wanted to begin the process of getting the ring made and my plans. She gave me all the information I needed and help guide me through the process. I selected a few stones to examine in person to see how like them. I fell in love with my choices immediately seeing them and proceeded with my purchase. The process of the ring being made was really cool I received emails along the way of the progress of the ring. The time took about 4 weeks, once the ring was made the company was able to hold the ring in storage until I was ready with no additional cost. Which really helped me plan my engagement. In September 2024 I got engaged in the middle of the ocean to love of my life. This ring is very beautiful and handcrafted, they have really bought our design to life. My fiancée constantly tells me how people are mesmerized by her ring. I truly thank Knox Jewelers for their service and dedication the experience from beginning to end was amazing and would recommend everyone to do business with them.read more
