Went in with only a vague idea of what my girlfriend (now fiancee!) might like in a ring. Emily walked me through prett... y much every aspect of what goes into a ring, showing me many examples. After that and a lot of time looking around at their other custom designs online for inspiration I sent in a few sentence description of what I was thinking. They made a model on the computer and 3D-printed a physical model to verify they had captured what I was thinking and they nailed it! The final ring is beautiful and my fiancee loves it. They also send you updates as the ring is being made (all the steps they go through in the casting, polishing, shaping process, etc.) and my fiancee loved seeing that too after the fact.
